I think it takes around 20 hours to reach the final race.l, and if you want to 100% it, it will take much longer. I think the tracks of this dlc are the best in all Forza5. They are much tighter and more technical, and are also very interesting with slower cars if the b and c class. I don't regret buying it.
Forza horizon 5 is basically forza horizon 4, is forza horizon 3 you see the pattern, it's all mostly the same with minor tweaks or changes. Personally i think if you tried forza horizon 5, you tried them all. I have spent hundreds of hours on FH4 and a bit of time on FH5 frankly I am putting down 5 , for now and going back to 4. 5

Not for Forza. Feels like ass. Get a wheel for beam or assetto Corsa or ACC or snowrunner or Mario kart, but don't waste your money for a wheel for Forza. Unless you go back to horizon 3 or any of the older motorsport games.
