Regular bus services from Arriva company (Google search Arriva Ljubljana to get the website address) are available from Ljubljana bus station. The one-way ticket is Euro 5.70, and it takes about 90 mins to reach Bled. There are two bus stops in Bled - the Bled Union stop is closest to the lake. The same bus then continues to Lake Bohinj.
